I still remember the bouncy castle, the pink socks with the pom-poms, and the moment that left a scar on my knee and a lesson in my heart. In this post I use that childhood memory to explore what it means to bring our deepest wounds to Jesus, the One whose own scars prove that healing is real.

I have asked this question myself after watching loved ones suffer and not receive the miracle I prayed for. Why does God heal some and not others? I don't have a clean answer. But I do have what I hold onto when the answer hasn't come, and I want to share that with you today.
